V., Senior Researcher at the Optics of Complex Quantum Systems Laboratory, Department of Optics, Lebedev Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (FIAN), Chief Designer of the KVM-1 magnetometer, Diamond Sensors LLC. <br /><br />Abstract of the report.<br /><br />Optically detectable magnetic resonance in the nitrogen vacancy center (NV center) opens up the possibility of creating a number of sensors of physical quantities, including the magnetic field. Using an ensemble of NV centers in an artificially grown diamond, it is possible to measure the components of the magnetic field synchronously in a single sensor. The report described the physical principle underlying this measurement, as well as the latest results of the development of a portable vector magnetometer based on this principle.<br /><br />The report aroused the keen interest of the audience and a lot of questions, to which the speaker gave exhaustive answers.</div>]]></turbo:content>
